Hello Sar_a215 -- I just noticed your posting and I agree with you. I have been drinking green tea too and it definitely helps to keep my hunger down as well. I drink it with breakfast and have been trying to have a cup after lunch and dinner. Do you normally just drink it hot or iced as well? I have only tried it hot brewed from home, but I have heard that the cold varieties are enjoyable.
Sherillyn -- Licorice tea sounds delicious - I might have to try that. Thank you for the tip and I will post back if it also helps to curb cravings!
