How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh myself on Sunday & Wednesday. I feel it would be unhealthy for my mental state to weigh everyday. I'm neurotic enough!

Greek Yogurt
Bglrn - I would not have thought of PB...sounds odd, but I am willing to try anything. I chose the plain greek yogurt, Chobani, because there is very little variety in my small town. Next time I get to a bigger burg I will try to find Fage. Thanks for the input!!
This morning I did try fresh (frozen) local berries from this summer. Not much help...my blueberries weren't very sweet. Had to choke it down. I am aiming for as little sugar & carbs in my diet as possible, so I may just end up choking it down until I aquire the taste. Hey, I did it with coffee!!

What's your opinion of diet soda?
Philanddeb - I tend to agree with you 1st. There are a myriad of reasons I believe soda is not good for you, therefore I tend to abstain. If I do treat myself (because I LOVE PEPSI), I figure the ones with actual sugar as an ingredient is the lesser of the two evils, as it is the closest to natural of sweeteners.
Bglrn - I have seen first hand the effects that aspertame CAN have on a body, in addition to personal evidence. I have the opinion that ALL DIET SODA IS BAD FOR YOU. I understand that you do not, & you are entitled, like all the rest of us, to an opinion. No matter how wrong I think you are.
The point I think, is to keep an open mind when doing research, pay attention to your own body, & remember that no matter who or what you believe is responsible for humanity, I seriously doubt we were intended to consume food & drink full of chemicals & sugars AND that are mainly genetically modified.

Greek Yogurt
OK, I know the stuff is good for you, but who can stand the taste? Yeah, I'm not a fan. However, I am a fan of better for me & helping me lose weight. So I ask all of you for ideas, tricks, or recipes that feature greek yogurt, but will mask the taste. I had frozen blueberries in the freezer, mixed those in, but it didn't help much. I have a very strict food budget, so make it cheap. Thanks a million!!

It's a good thing that I have a couple days before my diet begins, this way I can have my last SODA...lol. I can enjoy that which makes me fat...until Monday morning.
