Healthy vegan trying to get healthier...
Maybe you are not getting enough calories? If not, your body will think you are starving and try to save the weight/fat it has available.. Just a thought. I have also eating more protein in the morning vs. Carbs will help to speed your metabolism up for the day. This will help with weight loss as well.
