Highest weight was 145kg 2012-2013, my goal was less about weight loss and more about how to make long term sustainable weight maintenance possible. So I lost weight in a way that I wanted to maintain long term. Utilising every tool I could, based around Intuitive eating, Mindful movement principles (and of course help from therapy and medical professionals) as this all fit my way of thinking and mindset around food neutrality and using exercise/movement for health and wellbeing rather than a means to an end.
