I am a 42 yo southern female who has fought the battle of her weight since I was a kid. I have my moments when I am successful and not successful on diets.

My goal right now is to weight 200lbs and stay there. I haven't been 200 lbs since college. I am single and have no kids so I have no reason why I can't meet this goal! I need to make it happen!!!

Needs some fitness/exercise tips for improving current routine
Thanks VMDULCE! I am using this site to help as well.
I work and am on the move daily. I am just flabby in some places and my biggest weakness is alcohol so I have given that up and trying to do better about fitness and eating. But thanks.
I am not a soda or junk food person, but need to incorporate more veggies. What foods have you incorporate to help you???

Needs a great diet and exercise to step up program
I have a diet and exercise program my trainer gave me in 08 which helped me lose 25lbs in 4 months for surgery.
Well I am 2.5 years older and its not working as great.
Sad
I need help getting over this hump of the "same old same old" to lose 20lbs by October. HELP if you have any good advice, email me at nolagal71@yahoo.com!
