I am 41.. a mom of a four year old... and have always been slightly over weight. starting in my thirties I started gaining and now in the last ten years I have put on 35 pounds.
the thing is I have never lost a pound in my life. maybe three or four. once they go on they seem to stick like glue.
i work out two days a week with weights. dont drink soda etc but there has been a slow creep. 20 because of my pregnancy that wont come off.
i need to work harder and just stick with it by my resolve goes in five days ... seriously... i need advice from poeple who do this for months.. and really make a decision and stick with it...
or perhaps anyone who is ad/hd. I am very successful workwise.. but I consider myself a high functioning ad hd.. and I think that contributes to my difficulty in focusing, sticking to a plan.
advice welcome... started this diet and immediately went of the wagon.. but i am resolved to move forward.
