New easy way to be your own trainer
Hi,
Well I'm kind of embarrassed to say I'm getting Fat !. Yeap I know that feeling because I'm a martial arts instructor (who has stoped teaching) plus I'm a fitness trainer as well. I get the feeling people will thing why in the world this guy put on this weight but hey people get stressed out when you are doing your oun business.
Well that's enough about me. Guys check out the built by science workout plan on
http://www.bodybuilding.com/builtbyscience
page for the best workout for any beginner to understand. 6 weeks to lose atleast 15 to 20 kg if your moderate enough in skills. I lost 4 kgs in 1 WEEK guys. Try it out. Like your feedback on

.
Note: download the schedule on
http://www.bodybuilding.com/builtbyscience
and goto youtube and search for "bodybuilding.com built by science" in keyword to watch or try and download the 8 videos to help you out with the work out. Check it out.
