Heart rate and calorie help please!!!!!!!
Drac...when I walk...after warming up for about 10 minutes I watch my monitor and jog until my heart rates gets up pretty good. My ideal is keeping it above 140. So...I run til I hit 150, then walk. When it gets back close to 140 I run again. I've found though...if I get up to 150 I can power walk and keep it in the mid 140's. I make sure to keep my heart rate ABOVE 140 for atleast 20 minutes.
