I am a 35 year old sweets fanatic. I LOVE dessert. Before, and after each meal, I think that I'm supposed to eat something sweet. I love veggies and don't really care that much for meat. I had a baby in April of 2009 and currently weigh ONE pound less than I did the day I gave birth. I usually eat pretty well, less the sweets. And my goal is to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 196 by the end of March and down to 189 by my son's 1st birthday on April 21. When I document what I eat, I usually don't want to see that I've eaten 3 candy bars in one day, so I am able to cut down to like 1 a day. Once the weight starts to come off, I can get in a grove and get down to the low 190s...only to get back up by the end of the summer. This year, I want to maintain a weight in the low 190s (at least).
