I am 49 have 3 kids from 5 to 25. I am a stay at home mom due to injuries from my life on the ambulance. I have been in the health care industry for 22 years. I am very pleased with the USANA line of products. They more than mesure up to industry standards and have made a positive diffrence in my life. I am married to a paremedic, we met on the ambulance. I have 1 bird 1 dog and constant chaos. Wouldn't have it any other way. I am making a commitment to improving my health and hope to be able to contribute to others health and well being.

Lose the cravings!!!

Don't know where to start!
Hang in there, I have been working on mine since June when I tried Nutrisystem. It was a bust. I have since found the reset system and I lost 6 lbs. and 2 pant sizes in the first 5 days. I am having no trouble sticking (just minor cheating) and I am not obsessed with carb cravings anymore. Please add me to your support group, and if your are intrested in Reset let me know and I'll hook you up. Melinda1958 Very Happy
