Hello,

I am new. I am looking to lose 15 to 20 pounds. I am going to Hawaii in March. I have until Dec before I give up and get a tummy tuck. I jsut want to look good in a bathing suit again and not have to hide under the pool umbrellas. Laughing

I am starting South Beach phase 1 on Monday. Going shopping tomorrow to get all the food. I found this site while searching for recipes so that I might be able to stick to it without going nuts.

Want to be my buddy???

Sure!! I just signed up today and am trying to navigate my way around the website.I am not, however, new to South Beach. I got carried away this summer and want to lose atleast 20 lbs before Christmas. Ouch!! I will be THRILLED with 10, though. Boss's day is today and we have bagels and apple turnovers and other delicacies around the office and I am soooo tempted. Did some crdio this AM so I would fee better walking into an office full of food.

Hi, I am new today too, I have been using something along the same lines of the South Beach diet in as much that it revolves around the glycemic index. I wish you luck and hope you will add me to your support group. Melinda1958Very Happy
