Okay it seems I am back on track.. Maybe it was water weight?
Also I read a lot about the starvation mode. I am probably in that zone right now since I am eating approx 1,000 or less per day, so I decided to eat a little more and reach the 1,200c/day just to be safe.

Ate out this Friday. 2 cocktails, 1 wine, Misake salmon, green salad with balsamic vinegar and a banana cream cake.
Saturday I had indian food for lunch. Basically, 24hrs diet free day. I gained 4lbs...
It's been 2 years since each time I go below 200lbs, the wight start getting very hard to keep off!! So frustrating. I used to lose faster than this and keep my weight around 170lbs easily, urghhhh!!
