Ate out this Friday. 2 cocktails, 1 wine, Misake salmon, green salad with balsamic vinegar and a banana cream cake.
Saturday I had indian food for lunch. Basically, 24hrs diet free day. I gained 4lbs...
It's been 2 years since each time I go below 200lbs, the wight start getting very hard to keep off!! So frustrating. I used to lose faster than this and keep my weight around 170lbs easily, urghhhh!!
198.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
