Thursday, June 30th - last day of the month already. Went for my walk this morning for an hour, moderate walking. Being careful keeping track of my points, ended up 2ith 16 today, have a feew for a little extra. Tomorrow another day at the pool. Saturday out to dinner with RH's - meeting with a possible new member.

One hour of intense water arobics - great. I broke down and weighed myself this morning and didn't gain/lose anything yesterday even tho I ate some things that I shouldn't have. Works OK for me !!
Went shopping after gym - stopped at Hospice thrift store and found a beautiful purple dressy 3 piece pants outfit.
Met Carol at Ruby Tuesday at 4pm for a dinner and presentation with a funeral home. Even tho we've been to one before and we are both pretty well set on our arrangements, it was interesting to listen to a different presentation.
Terrible rain on the way home, puppy class called off due to rain.

This is definitely going to be a bad week --- out to lunch today with Red Hats, Buncho and lunch at Carrabba's -- tomorrow to Ruby Tuesday for supper and SAturday out but don't know where yet.
No exercise today, met everyone at 9:30am and played Bunco and then lunch. Total points came to 22 which isn't too bad but the calorie count was hight. I'm not sure how the calories affect the points, but I"ll wait till Saturday to see how I managed this week.
Grandson Scott called, he has received a big promotion in his job and is being made manager of a new store in Wilmington NC and will have to sell or rent the house in RAleigh before moving. He seems to be very happy about the move and I guess Teri is ok with it also. Her vets company has a place over there also so she might be able to do a transfer to the new office.

Monday morning water arobics workout, almost an hour of intense workout. When we first got to the gym the lights went out and we didn't think we would be able to have the workout, but it was OK and the lights finally came back on. Did some shopping on the way home and also to the post office.
Cut back a lot yesterday and managed to bring bring my weight back to my weigh in weight on Saturday. Will have to keep working hard this week to make my pound loss. Tomorrow a lunch out with the REd Hats but I only ordered a large grilled chicken salad so I should be OK. Then out again for lunch on WEdnesday, again on Saturday!! A busy week.

Sunday, another beautiful day in sunny, hot Florida !! Starting my WW diet in earnest today, had a chocolate ww shake with a banana for breakfast, total 4 points. OK, I feel I did well thru lunch, then Sue ordered pizza for supper ---- So, over the course of the day according to WW I did 26 points, which is above the normal for me - should be between 19-22 points per day. But according to calorie count is not quite 1100 calories. The pizza was thin slice which helps with calorie counting, we'll see when I get weighed in the morning, not to be recorded but for my own info.
