Had a good day so hope I show a loss tomorrow. Had plans to go out to lunch with Carol but got lost going to meet her - really lost. It was a presentation so I really didn't miss too much. Ended up shopping at Walmart and then having a light lunch at McDonalds. Home around 1:30 and had to get stuff ready to go scrapbooking tonight. Sue and I met Bonnie at Cracker Barrel for supper - had a low calorie/carb supper. Good time with all my scraping friends, home around 10.
Grandson Derek is in the hospital, went in yesterday. Admitted thru the ER for observation and testing - lots of abdominal/back pain, still doing tests and having come up with anything yet.

I'm finding it hard sticking with my diet with all all the times out to eat !! I was good last night except for the 2 bread sticks!!! Didn't weight myself this morning !!!!!!!!!!
An hour at the gym doing water arobics, good workout. Went shopping after, still trying to find a bathing suit at a good price, no luck yet. Puppy class tonight and probably to DQ after!

I missed writing my journal yesterday so will do a short version of it -- went to gym for water arobics, an hour of fast paced arobics. Then went shopping and home in time for lunch. Other than that it was a quiet day. Stuck to my diet pretty good, did manage to enter diet for the day.
Tuesday, June 14.
An early morning walk with neighbors - it was sunny and warm and we did our mile walk. I haven't attempted to do anything longer than that, especially in the warm weather. Will do some scrapbook organizing today, some for a class Thursday night and some of the baby stuff to give to my neighbor. Red Hat dinner tonight at Olive Garden, so will watch what I have for lunch. Maybe make a diet shake. I bought some fruit yesterday so will try a blueberry shake for lunch.

Sunday - nothing planned for today so far, no walk or swim, maybe later we'll go in the pool and I can do some of my water arobics. We went in the pool in the afternoon and I did some of my water exercises, need to find some weights that I can use in the pool. Spent a quiet day, relaxing and reading. Managed my meals pretty good so hopefully I get thru the weekend without any gain !!!

Weigh in this morning and showing a total loss of 3lbs in two weeks !! Good !! Finally started doing something and hope to keep it up. Went for walk this morning and shopping this afternoon with Sue.
