I wasn't able to do much walking this week, we have had so many fires all around us that the air is heavy with smoke and it isn't healthy being out in too much of that. I did my water arobics and even tho I love the pool, I don't actually do a lot of actual swimming so don't get my exercise that way.
My loss was only 1 lbs but that is OK, maybe with a slow loss it will stay off longer !! I need to look for a pic of me when I was thinner and put that up in front of me
A pool/cookout today so have to really watch what I eat.
Well the pool/puppy party was a big success, weather perfect and food all great. Needless to say I enjoyed everything that I shouldn't have so I am now paying for it and will really have to get back on the wagon for the rest of the week !!

Thursday - no exercise today except general walking around house and shopping. I'm still doing diet calendar with Atkins info but keep track of WW points and will enter them in my journal at the end of the day.
Ended up the day with total of 21 points. Will have to go back into my WW books and check on points for my daily consumption.

Water Arobics this morning, hard workout but felt better doing it today than on Monday. Did some shopping before going home.
Sue home sick today, terrible cold, but better by the end of the day and will go to work in the morning.
It was very hot today 100 !!! Didn't spend much time out doors. Still smoky at times and quite heavy.

I have been on WeightWatchers before and find that I like being able to just count the points and it has helped me to lose my first 20lbs last year, so back on it again.

After much consideration about which diet I'm going to stay on, I've decided to go back to my weight watchers and do the point system, just hope it works as well this time as it did when I lost he 20lbs in 2010. It is much easier for me as I know it so well. But will stay on fatsecret and still record everything. I'll stay on Atkins for a few more days and see how it goes and then make a definite decision.
Didn't go for our walk today, the smell of smoke is heavy in he air and not good for breathing. It got worse later in the day so I never did go out at all. Hope tomorrow is better as I have things to do.
