Any Tips on Eating Out?
Hey Everybody!
Any tips on how to eat healthily when eating out? I'm really bad a figuring out what's healthy when looking at a menu. Any tips on what to stay away from (like specific salad dressings or meals that look like they will be healthy but are really not)?

I'm new
Hi there! I just found this site/app on my phone last night and I wanted to give it a try. I'm 22 and about to start grad school in music. I had been on livestrong.com for over a year, but most of my friends stopped posting and I started getting frustrated at the ammount of time it took for the pages to load on my computer. I'm hoping that with the phone app I'll be able to really keep a watch on what I'm eating. I hope you all are having a great day and if anyone has any tips about keeping weight off, please feel free to comment!
