Going hiking for 24h with wildcamp overnight, but still trying to stick to paleo as much, as I can. 4000kcal on photo. Nuts, fruits, sultanas, tomatoes, banana, apple, avocado. More healthy, cheaper than specialized hiking food, still on top with nutrition

To me paleo-diet was a real game changer. While eating "whatever" in the past I was finding extremaly hard to recover after hard work lasting whole day with a lot of sport activity after. It takes hours not days to recover now. What a life :)

This number shows since a few days, but I always wait till it's more than once on a scale, just to be sure if it's not dehydration for an example :)

My 1/10 of a day. They say of 1/5 in fruits and veges, but it's good to remember it's stated for 2000kcal daily intake. If one takes more or less kcal, should adjust to itself fruits and veges too. My daily intake is 3500-4000kcal, so fruits and veges x2.
