5k run done. Banana cocktail and good book not only for those commited to sport. Lots of about how body and nutrion, carbs and fats works. How to keep body fully and healthy loaded, but maintain desired weight. Healthy and bad fats explained. Good day :)

Why breakfast is so important? During the night body try to recover from a day before. It uses all stored resources to do so, so we need to replenish those in the morning and make some stores for incoming day. 2nd breakfast proteins + veges + healthy fats.

Over one our delay between carb load and protein load after todays 10k run, so carbs and proteins don't mix too much alltogether in belly. Fish, mozarella and loads of veges with avocado guest feature :)
