Well it almost time for the New Year~ I am really trying to lose weight, This year i have lost sixty two pounds,started in july ...I am wanting to lose another fifty pounds before the next July 2011~ I am going to try to drink more water then i use too...I have stop drinking the [pop{ I hope this water will help me. I don't have any friends really helping me except my friend on here in fatsecret..I just wanted to thank you all for helping me this pass year!Wink...Have a Happy New Years and can't wait to start it again...
