Was baking at weekend with my daughter - not good idea!! However tried to substitute the cakes and m&ms I ate for my meals!! Hope yous had a good wee ...

End of week 1 - was very focused & long may it continue - very happy with 6lb weight loss - simple philosophy eat less exercise more. We can do it!
