BJJ in Fitness
I love the BJJ so far, I also started to take up kickboxing, so my week goes like this Monday Kickboxing, tuesday Cardio Kickboxing and BJJ wednesday BJJ thrusday is tuesday and friday is monday. oh and we don't hold blows when sparing, almost got knocked out by a roundhouse the other day Razz

I was wondering, does anyone know if boxing would be a good substitute for bjj in the fitness category? Ive been using it for a while now
