Today we are celebrating my daughter's 25th birthday. So I am going over alittle in carbs. Not by a ton but more then I'd like. Total net carbs is 54 like to be 40 or less. However, it's my daughter's birthday and she is gonna want me to eat a piece of cheesecake. So I'll make her happy with a half portion :) Have a great day everyone!!

So excited today. Decided to test my sugar this morning it was 101. Then 2 hours after lunch it was 97. I haven't seen numbers like that in years. This low carb diet is working miracles. Losing weight and keeping my blood sugar levels normal. Thank you GOD!

Good Morning Buddies and Dieter's...So sore from yesterday's gym workout...Was so excited to hit the gym I might have done more then I should have...Headed to the gym today, again...Plan on going on a daily basis weather & life permitting.....

Good Morning Buddies & Dieter's....Hope everyone reaches their goals and has a wonderful day...Heading to the gym for first time this year...Wish me luck, hope I don't have to crawl home from being sore...LOL :P

Wooohooo Keep this going and I just might reach my goal by summer instead of the end of year....Since Jan. 4th I have lost a total of 18.6 pounds :)
