This is an update on my Bio.
Last weigh in I was at 229, I seem to hit a wall at 217, we'll see what happens this time around. :)
My Goal 200 lbs, then 180, then 160. That will be an 88lbs total loss.

need a buddy (sounds lonely)
Work until 10PM, I have noticed when I get home I am sooo hungry at times I do get carried away, sometimes not. Maybe eating something around 8PM would help.

New here
First day here. I stuck with my RDI well 98% of my RDI. No real diet just watching what I eat and keeping it under the RDI will also add exercise to my life style.... we'll see how that goes.
