Hello,
I have just purchased the 24 day challenge. Awaiting on it to arrive. I have struggled with loosing weight for over a year now. I am a avid runner. I have just started weight training to help loose the weight. It seems like I have plateaued with my weight loss. I'm hoping the 24 day challenge helps jump start my body into loosing weight again.

Your support is great. Will keep that in mind. Had that weakness but do really good so far. Really am focusing on every meal and snack. Getting all that I think is necessary in my diet. I have eliminated carbs, except steel cut raw oatmeal and my greek yogurt and a piece of whole grain bread every week. But besides just the natural carbs that are in everything it seems. No other white bread or pastas. I'm trying to lose as much as possible during this challenge. I'm a avid runner and I've been doing weight training and other cardio in replace of my running. Still run on the days when I can't make it to the gym or my workout buddy flakes on me. Laughing But still feeling really good about every thing. That one weak moment with the coffee is the only time I gave in. Felt so horrible for cheating afterwards. Told myself not again. Thanks again, any advice you could dish out I'll take! Very Happy

Day 4 of my 24 day challenge
Well I've been doing really good until today. I cheated had a starbucks iced mocha in the bottle. I should have just walked out of that store. Feeling really guilty about it. Pushed my fat percent on the chart way above normal. Confused Tomorrow I plan to just keep to my food menu plan. Totally disappointed in myself, but let it be a new day tomorrow. Besides just that one cheat. I've been doing good. I'm not starving or craving a lot of food. That is great! Positve for tomorrow. I will definitely focus on the challenge more.

Started my challenge on 9-29-14
Hello everyone,

I just started my challenge yesterday (9-29-14). It was a little rough. Felt lethargic and hungry most of the day. But toughed through it with water and spark.

Today I feel much better and not hungry as of yet. I think it was just my body getting introduced to the new system. I was able to get my workout and weight training in with my work out buddy! Felt awesome, much more pleased with today than yesterday. All is well and staying positive to complete my challenge!!!Razz

Started the Challenge on 9-29-14
Hello everyone,

I'm new to the site. Smile Just started my challenge yesterday (9-29-14). My body felt tired and hungry all day. But pushed through with no cheats and sucked down my water and spark to ensure I would not cheat! It was tough eating every 2 hrs, but got through it.

Today (9-30-14) I feel much better. My body doesn't seem to be lethargic and I'm not hungry yet! Got my exercise in at the gym with my workout buddy. It was awesome! Staying positive! Very Happy
