Today workout was really good....
Roded my bike 10 miles 1 hour
Treadmill 1 hour..added the hills again 8.0 incline going 3.7 mph...this guy at the gym said to do that... if you want a better workout...ok...i really did burn more cal's
Walked laps in the pool 1 hour

Well i weighed in today...didn't go down as much as i taught...with all the working out all week...lost .2 what's up with that...oh well back to the gym this week..i am going to look at as a little stepping stone....LOL

Diet followed reasonably well

Good day....did my exercise....Tomorrow is weigh in day...hope i do good..i did write all my points down...i was a little bad...we'll see...i hope this working out is going to pay off...
Bike ride....1 hour 10 miles
Treadmill....1 hour 4 miles
Elliptical....10 mins
Walked laps 45 mins

I think i have shifted out of reverse gear and i am now moving forward..today was really a good workout...
Roded my bike...1 hour went 10 miles
Did the treadmill...1 hour
walked laps in the pool...1 hour
feeling Awesome..right now ..hope everyone is having a good day..
