Walked 30 minutes this morning....now I am off to the Farmers Market and to get a foot massage. Thanks to my hubby & sister Mary they both
bought me 2 for the price of 1 Reflexology massages for Mother's day.
That should help keep me walking for a while.

Walked 35 minutes today, had a fat burning protein shake for lunch.
and for my snack today had 8oz of frozen yogurt at the golden spoon

Got my 30 minutes of walking in & had a fat burning shake for breakfast now to get ready and meet my red hat sisters for lunch at
Picadilly Square. They do have some yummy salads along with a lot of other good things. But I plan to stick with the Picadilly Salad.
