Walked 40 minutes this morning .... except for my ear I am feeling pretty good this morning....

Walked my first 30 minutes today to start my
Walk off ten pds by July Challenge
I started my weight loss program before I joined Fat Secrets Starting Week 1 Monday March 26th My Weight: 170.5 lbs. Week 2 Monday April 2nd My Weight: 169 lbs.---lost 1.5 lbs Week 3 Monday April 9th My Weight: 167 lbs ---lost 2 lbs Week 4 Monday April 16th My Weight: 167.5 lbs gained 0.5 lbs Week 5 Monday April 23nd My Weight: 166.5 lbs--lost 1 lbs Week 6 Monday April 30th My Weight: 165.4 lbs..lost 1.4 pounds

Didn't get much sleep last night having pain in my right ear. Going to the Doctor tomorrow to get it check out.... so it has been just kind of a lazy day.... but did walk 30 minutes this morning have to weigh in - in the morning

Went to the Farmers Market in Gilbert, Az today and found some
Prickly Pear Cactus Butter... it is very good and only 10 calories per
tablespoon and 4 grams of natural sugar from apples. This will be much better than regular or sugarfree jelly and jams.
