Just have not been motivated to record food. Have been reasonably careful not to overeat and have been keeping the carbs at a lower level. I need to establish my own way and type of eating in order to continue to lose. Being on vacation and going sailing make some kinds of control very difficult. If anyone has suggestions, i would appreciate them.

Vacation sure messes up the weight loss program. Need to come to an eating plan that is consistent and at the very least holds steady.
Am mostly back on track the last four days and have lost much of what i gained but not all.
Am also back to the y so that should help as well.
I keep telling my self to lose weight, not heart.

Working on getting back on track with recording food and exercise.
