Just as I thought, weight is up. But the good news is that this is the first time since I started. Hopefully this week will be better on sticking to it and I will loose that pound and some more.

Really blew it last night, ate dessert, or half of it and had half a bottle of wine. After 53 years of marriage to the same man.....
Then this morning I ate 3/8 of a cheddar bagel with my eggs.
It will be some kind of a miracle if I don't add pounds this week.
I did do 40 minutes of walking this morning and did a good weight work out too. Did the same on Monday so maybe that will moderate the punishment some. Wish me a losers luck.

Biggest loss so far. One meal a day with the Atkins shakes may be the clue for me. I ate everything else as normal on Atkins.
It is finally encouraging.
