May 30 and I have fallen off the weight loss wagon. I am ready to stabalize myself again and set new goals. I weigh 166 on Saturday and my goal is to drop 26 pounds by my birthday. I want to weigh 140 pound on my 41 Birthday.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
