I had shoveled snow and went up and down the stairs for exercise. I also carried 10-15lb buckets of water to the hot tub about 50 feet for 15-20 minutes.

Will keep a check on my blood sugar. Need to be serious about losing weight and keeping a check of the blood sugar. It has been almost 2 weeks after my surgery and time to get busy.

I am starting this journey. I need to get my Hgb a1c down. It was 6.6. This is a wake up call. I will try to succeed 1 step at a time.
