well, its official, my scales are weird. I weighed myself three times and got three results so I'm taking the one in the middle. I'm happy with it though. I'm now equal to the position I was at at my thinnest when I did this properly before so whoopdie do

Well, here we go again...there are a couple of kilos to lose and then target weight is achieved.
One of the things I struggle with this website is that its American (I can't use the UK version for various reasons as my wife is a member and I record both our calories so I cant have them both open, it just makes life easier and also I have always been a member of this site) your old fashioned measurements make life difficult, what the hell is a "cup" after all? Sometimes people try and put the metric on but they clearly don't use it normally (so for example béchamel sauce is offered to me in grams, I have no idea how many grams I only know millilitres, because its a fluid). Now I'm not asking anyone to change their measuring system (that's a different conversation) but from having seen the UK version why on earth do we not have access to one database, the brands I know are on the UK site (for example Nestle make KitKat clearly NOT Hershey). Surely it is not beyond the wit of man to allow all fatsecreters wherever they are access to one unified database?
Anyway rant over...things seem to be going quite well, not too hectic but I want to just keep the weight down, maybe yes getting down to 75kg would be good (that would make me 12.5kg lighter than when I started this all those years ago (about 5 to be honest) but I'm not going to bust my guts to do it. I'm running at the minute and intend to do a half marathon in March so that should account for most of the exercise I need to do.
Anyway good luck keep going you can do it
