My weight is all over the place cos I'm using two sets of scales one of which is completely random. I weighed in at 83.6 and 84.5 on the same day within an hour of each other so I'm going to reset my weight early next week and start again That way I know I'm on the right track, between now and then though I am going to continue with the regime. So lets get back to it. Maybe even gym on Saturday if I'm lucky...

Back to the gym. This is not going to be a major push liek it used to be its very difficult to do that living with my girlfriend, she has an unsettled work life which makes it hard to settle into any rythmn, but a small loss every week will make life better. Really I suppose pushing for three kilos in a couple of months, that should do it...

well here we are in 2012. I hope I can record a loss on Thursday but doubt it will be very big as I went away at the weekend (what a waste of time that was). My target is to get to 80kg by the time summer starts properly. To be thin for the beach would please me immensely.

Well, I'm quite impressed by a small drop over Christmas. I have not really been doing much, but I am returning to my no alcohol during the week routine and have now started to use my new Wii every day. An hour of that and sensible calorie intake and I believe I can keep losing slowly, still 80kg is my target and thats what I'm going for...
