the general thing seems to be going well. I'm not really trying too hard just eating sensible and cutting out the booze, which makes me feel better in my self. All I need to do is not binge at the weekend and I'll be fine. I sneeked on the sclaes this morning but different scales so I'm not classing it as a weigh in but they showed something like 1/2kg loss on last week. Christmas starts in two weeks today (really) so I've got two weeks. It won't be 80kg by then but possible somewhere between 82 and 83 which would make me happy.

so basically it works like this. I am on a sensible but not very major diet during the week and party quite hard at the weekend. I reckon 82kg by Xmas is possible even at this rate. I'm weighing in about once every two weeks, but no rush, I just want to see myself settle down. The removal of alcohol week days is a major difference to my calorie intake (even three pints a day is about 3000 calories a week) so we'll see. Weigh in this time next week

Oh well, I knwo I've said this before. But I'm now on day two of "Project Get Rid of All the Weight You've put back On". I started to return to the gym last week, and decided to cut down on the unecessary calories this week we shall see if I have the concentration to achieve my goal by Xmas
