I've decided to stop wearing the Heart Rate Monitor all day long and am only going to use it to log calories burned in my workouts.
I want to see how my weight loss this week stacks up against my calorie deficits that way.

This week was not a very good one. I'm happy, though, that I bounced back from all my bad eating choices from the beginning of the week. There was one point where the scale said 180 again! Had me a little nervous that I would have a weight gain, so staying the same is great.
This next week I will get below 175. I haven't been that light since... middle school? Yeowza.

Ah, foiled again! My older sister sent me a chocolate bunny for Easter and I devoured the thing.
The scale has been saying 178 and 179. I don't think this next weigh in will be very good.
