I haven't been recording my food as accurately as I did when I was at my dorm. I'm starting to feel like I don't need to record it anymore. Now that I have healthy groceries at home, I know I'm not eating bad things and I know I watch my portions.
I'm going to try to keep recording, just because FatSecret has helped me so much with losing weight, but I guess we'll see how it goes.

I bought a digital scale, much more accurate than the Publix scale.

Poor week this week.
I moved out of my dorm and back home for the summer, so it's been crazy. No groceries yet, so I've been trying to make the best choices I can with snacks and restaurants. I ran once or twice this week, but nowhere near as many times as I should have.
Once I'm settled in and have gotten some healthy groceries, I'll be back no track.
And, hey, a 1.5 loss is still a loss.

Today I'm experimenting with planning my meals and snack ahead of time. It's the end of the semester and classes are over, so I've just been pacing around in my room the past few days. It's making me snack WAY more than I should.
