I bought groceries a little while ago and sort of went berserk when I got home. I don't think I could accurately record what I just ate if I tried. So, today's not a good day for the food diary.

I had a bit of a slip today food wise. All during my workout this morning, I couldn't get chocolate chip pancakes out of my head. I went to iHOP afterwards. I'm not gonna sweat it. It wasn't really like an obsessive craving or anything, I just felt like having one regular meal, one meal that wasn't cereal.
On another note, I gathered the number of calories I've burned since last Friday. It's 2417. They say that, in order to lose one pound in a week's time, you need to burn 3600 calories. With that in mind, I'll need to burn 591.5 calories tomorrow and 591.5 calories on Friday. I wasn't planning on going to the gym tomorrow, because I have to clean and do laundry and get groceries, but I can get groceries on Friday instead (since I won't have any class).
The days when I use both the treadmill and the elliptical go by fast with the calories. The elliptical burns so many! I think for tomorrow and Friday I'll go treadmill, rowing machine, and then elliptical. I just wish UCF had ellipticals that recorded your workouts with Nike+, that way I could reach my calorie goals on their site.

I know I shouldn't be weighing myself in today and I know that number might change by tonight, but it's exciting to see that number at all.
During Spring Break, I was around 190 and 192. 185 wasn't even an option two weeks ago.
I'm excited.
