Night-time eating
As day becomes night, our energy levels and metabolic rates lower. If we eat heavier meals at night, our bodies are forced to burn calories it cannot, turning what's left into access fat! 8:00pm is as late as it should get for the kitchen. Once 8:00pm rolls around we should put down the fork and maybe play a fun family game! Smile
