My weight has always gone up and down, gained a lot, lost a lot, gained a little, lost a little. Determined to get myself healthy, toned and in shape. My family history has several different health issues and I would like to do all I can to remain healthy. I am divorced with two wonderful boys. I own a small horse breeding farm with my mother. I do most all of the farm chores plus I work for a local horse farm doing all the physical work, lifting, shoveling etc for 20 - 35 horses depending on the time of year. I get a lot of physical exercise each day but I really like food, soda, sweets, chocolate, anything and everything. If it tastes good, I will eat it! I am not one to eliminate a particular food group and believe in moderation. One year ago I purchased the Insanity workout. I would do a week here & there but never focused. Over the summer life got very busy and I didn't work out at all and wasn't careful about my eating. Find myself more motivated than I've ever been to do it this time. Have lost 10 lbs since Jan. 1 by exercise and eating in moderation.
