How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I'm trying to burn calories by building muscle in order to tone , so weighing myself would be get me no where. I do however keep track of my body fat percentage. I wish this site would incorporate that along with the weight tracker.

Looking for CARB CYCLE people~!
There are plenty of low carb recipes on this site. Just go to recipes and look for the words low carb on your right. You may have to scroll down. I haven't seen any high carb ones though.
