I'm pretty proud of the way I ate today. I feel full, and its almost 8pm. I thought I had ruined it with the cappuccino, and the chikfila, but as it turns out, it didn't have any where near the carbs I thought it did. I should still stay away from those things though. Its just nice to know its there when I find myself at school for more than 10 hours.
I should have done cardio sprints. But I dont think I was focused enough to manage my time the way I should have. I'm pretty sure if I get my ass to meditate in the mornings my focus will greatly improve.
Also I stocked up on frozen berries and veggies today. Should make my meals a little more simple, and it'll be more I can add to the list on my fridge that tells me all the low carb options I have when deciding what to cook.
