Goals for today.
Put sheep sorrel seed in potting soil.
Pick Baby Boy from vet.
Bananas for Terry at Wal Mart
Flea collar for th vacuum at dollar tree
Potting soil at dollar tree
eat right
drink gallon of water
Do 30 squats.

Picked soil
They were out of flea collars
picked up bananas and dropped off
ate ok
drank water
did 30 squats struggled
100 minis struggled
picked Baby Boy up he can't eat until tomorrow.
Helped Sheila at the Herb Class and helped at the whole foods store. Took vacuum apart and fixed, broke boxes down and took them out. Took care of the foot bath equipment cleaned and put up.
Weigh in tomorrow,for BFFM. Wish my body would hurry up and heal so I can do what I want and exercise formally.
Need arms to hurry up so can attempt getting better at pull ups and be able to do at least 25 in row is my goal. Not just one!
I made it to 1 before and it hurt me. Have to lay off so I can heal.
I will get well.

I am up earlier today. I am headed for the shower. Plans today are eat better today. Get packages mailed off. Cat to the vet. I will go from there. Clean up house. Drink my gallon of water.

Today
I have had 5 cups pop corn with 1 tablespoon coconut oil.
3 apples
coffee
Not good choices so far
Getting ready to have 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 tablespoon organic honey, and cinnamon.
Did my twenty squats!!
Had 3 tablespoons of honey not one :(
Had two boiled eggs. Only half of one yolk, gave to the dog, the rest.
