Today
I have had 5 cups pop corn with 1 tablespoon coconut oil.
3 apples
coffee
Not good choices so far
Getting ready to have 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 tablespoon organic honey, and cinnamon.

Did my twenty squats!!

Had 3 tablespoons of honey not one :(

Had two boiled eggs. Only half of one yolk, gave to the dog, the rest.
125.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.3 lb a week
