Induction Friendly

Bacon, sausage, ham, steak.
Sliced meat - chicken, roast beef, ham.
Breakfast stir fry/skillet - bacon/ham/sausage, broccoli, cauliflower, kale, onion, peppers, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, asparagus. Served on its own or over cauliflower rice or hash browns.
Muffin in a minute (microwave flax meal muffin) - toasted with cream cheese, butter, or made into breakfast sandwich with eggs, bacon, mayo etc.
Mim Melt - sliced with melted cheese (add chicken, tuna etc)
Tuna salad
Cabbage hash browns
Zucchini hash browns
Spaghetti Squash Hash browns
Cauliflower hash browns
Breakfast Sausage
Steamed Veggies with butter or cheese
Turkey-Cauliflower Hash
