Although my LDL in cholesterol (bad cholesterol) is high....140 last reading...so I have till April 14th to get this number down so I won't have to be on mediation. Another reason why I want to lose weight is that I am getting married May 21st! I have told myself that I am not going to drink alcohol until March 26th which is my bachelorette party! Then I'll wait till May 21st.
