Heavy on A&E
I love that show, very powerful. And the guy trainer ain't so bad to look at either! I love when it's time for the people to do the pool training, because before I started dialysis that was my main form of exercise and I miss it so much, I truly believe that swimming is the best form of exercise anyone can do so I'm glad to see them incorporate it into their workouts.

Food detectives
I use Accent instead of salt all the time, it just tastes better to me, but most stores carry it, next to the salt.

dried apricot pieces has more potassium than bananas and that will help
