So, about eight years ago I started on a weigh loss journey. Over the next two years I was incredibly successful, losing 120lbs and becoming the healthiest I have ever been in my life.
However, the journey is not over. I've slipped, gaining back about half the lost weight; I'm sure this is a familiar story for many. I'm not content with this state, and so today the next leg of my journey begins.
