First full week in the bag. Not quite 100% on journaling, but pretty close. Something to strive for in week 2 and beyond. I've kind of slipped into a pattern of having a modest breakfast, a decent-szed to large lunch (the only meal of the day I have any, any time to sit down and eat) and a non-existent or small dinner. Also, an early milestone: I bought a smart scale about 16 months ago, and this is the lowest weight I've recorded on it!
