I am 38 years old. I am married with 3 children. My kiddos are 10, 15, 18. I have never really had to watch my weight until the last 5 years. I would like to get back to my size 8s! This is going to be a challenge! :)

HELP!
I have been getting up at 5 am to work out every morning. I start with a good warm up but I struggle through the routines. I am more out of breath, yawning, it just seems so much harder. What is the best way to start a morning workout to get me more awake and most of all wake up my muscles?

Thanks, I am just going to keep working at it. Eating better and exercising is more than what I use to do so its got to work for me eventually.

Help!
I have been trying to cut back calories and working out 5x a week. I have lost 1 lb. What am I doing wrong?

Snacks! I need everyones favorite snack!
almonds are always a good snack but if you are really needing something sweet, try jello or low fat pudding with some whipped cream on top! Also, I love marshmallows!
